Receptionist – Sales Gallery

Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors professionally and understand the purpose of visit without making them repeat information multiple times.
• Ensure accurate visitor registration and prompt notification / handover to the right sales representative.
• Manage reception desk, calls, visitor flow, waiting area and meeting-room coordination.
• Maintain immaculate front-desk presentation and ensure brochures / collateral are available and current.
• Coordinate with hospitality team for beverages and meeting readiness.
• Support event / CP meet / high-profile visitor coordination.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional etiquette at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent grooming and communication.
• Warm, confident and composed with HNIs / senior visitors.
• Comfort with basic CRM / visitor registration systems.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 per year
