Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service while efficiently managing front desk operations in a busy salon environment.

Duties:

• Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage appointment scheduling (walk-ins and bookings)
• Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries
• Process payments and transactions using POS system
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with promoting services through social media

Requirements:

• Previous receptionist experience in a nail salon or beauty salon (REQUIRED)
• Experience using POS systems (REQUIRED)
• Bilingual: English and Spanish (REQUIRED)
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Confident, proactive, and able to prevent and resolve issues before they escalate
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
