Job Description

We are looking for a professional and well-organized Receptionist with previous experience working in a Sanad Office in Oman. The candidate will be responsible for front-desk activities, assisting customers, handling inquiries, coordinating documentation, and supporting daily administrative operations.

Requirements

• Previous Sanad Office experience in Oman is mandatory
• Good knowledge of Sanad office procedures and customer handling
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle calls, visitors, documents, and general office administration
• Basic computer and MS Office skills
• Professional and presentable personality
• English, Urdu, and Arabic language skills are preferred
• Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply
• Candidates currently available in Oman will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors and customers professionally
• Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries
• Assist with Sanad-related documentation and administrative processes
• Maintain records, files, and customer information
• Coordinate with relevant departments and authorities when required
• Support general reception and office administration activities
• Ensure professional and efficient front-desk operations
