Receptionist - Taber

College Ford of Taber is currently seeking Receptionist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership
• Answer and direct all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Direct customers to the appropriate individual or department
• Perform administrative duties, including maintaining inventory lists, processing and posting client payments, and assisting with bookkeeping
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the customer waiting area

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, professional appearance, and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service while following established processes
• Valid driver’s license

Additional Assets:

• Previous dealership, service, ADP, or PBS experience an asset
• Vehicle knowledge an asset
• Wage dependent on experience
• Full benefits after a 3-month probationary period
