Receptionist (Temporary Position)

Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

• Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Reception Responsibilities:

• Extend a warm and friendly welcome to our guests, members and apartment owners.
• Efficiently handle inquiries, bookings, and requests from customers, members, and guests.
• Provide information to callers and visitors.
• Daily administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling, billing, managing incoming emails, daily/weekly business reports, photocopying, etc.
• Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
• Collaborate and communicate clearly with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Always maintain a professional and approachable attitude.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
