We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Receptionist/ Treatment coordinator who is a qualified dental nurse to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care, talking through treatment plans and finance options, and ensuring the smooth operation of the dental practice. Your Role: Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator (Qualified Dental Nurse)

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome patients and deliver an exceptional, professional customer experience.
• Manage reception duties, appointments, telephone calls and patient enquiries.
• Convert new patient enquiries into consultations and bookings.
• Confidently discuss treatment plans, fees and payment options with patients.
• Proactively follow up outstanding leads and treatment plans to maximise conversions.
• Manage and update CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups and sales performance.
• Work towards sales targets, KPIs and practice growth objectives.
• Promote our treatments and services to suitable patients.
• Build strong patient relationships to encourage loyalty, retention and referrals.
• Provide clinical support when required as a qualified Dental Nurse.
• Work closely with the team to ensure the smooth running and continued success of the practice.

Who You Are:

• GDC-registered, with a strong understanding of the dental patient journey.
• Confident with dental scanning using iTero (or eager to learn and grow).
• Naturally warm, clear in communication, and passionate about outstanding care.
• A team player who wants to contribute to a truly exceptional culture.
• Experience with Dentally, Boxley, Deontology and Tabeo is a bonus—but full training is given on joining.
• Be highly organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
