What You'll Do: Core Responsibilities

• Accurate Billing - Prepare invoices for patients, insurance, TPAs
• Insurance Claims - Verify coverage, submit claims, track reimbursements
• Patient Registration - Aadhar-based registration, token issuance
• Cash Management - Daily tally, Excel reporting, deposit collection
• Appointment Management - Phone/WhatsApp scheduling

• Welcome patients with a smile & empathy
• Handle difficult situations professionally
• Clear charge counseling & consent documentation
• Swift admission/discharge processes

Who We're Looking For

• Education: Graduate (B.Com preferred)
• Skills: Hospital software, basic Excel, clear communication, Billing/insurance claims experience
• Qualities: Detail-oriented, empathetic, proactive team player**,**
