Receptionist/Administration

Professionals Forster Tuncurry is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our award-winning team.

As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you’ll provide friendly, professional service while supporting our sales and property management teams with day-to-day administration.

We’re looking for someone with:
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organisation and attention to detail
A professional phone manner
Confidence using technology and learning new systems
The ability to manage multiple priorities
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Certificate of Registration / Certificate IIII In Real Estate Practice or willingness to obtain.

Previous Real Estate experience is preferred, but not essential. If you bring the right attitude and a strong work ethic, we’ll provide the support and training.

This is a full-time position that includes a rotating Saturday roster.
