Part-Time Receptionist / Admin Assistant

Schedule: 25 hours/week, Monday–Friday, mid-day coverage ideal

About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, organized receptionist/admin to be the first point of contact for our customers and to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails; return voicemails promptly
• Call past customers for follow-ups, seasonal reminders, and re-booking
• Schedule jobs, update calendars, and coordinate with technicians
• Enter and maintain customer info in our CRM; create and send estimates/invoices
• Monitor online leads and respond quickly
• Light dispatching, route adjustments, and same-day reschedules
• Basic admin tasks: filing, ordering supplies, tracking payments, confirming appointments

What You Bring

• Excellent phone etiquette and written communication
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable using a CRM, Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets), and basic scheduling tools
• Reliable, proactive, and customer-obsessed
• Prior home services or scheduling experience is a plus
