Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
The Bald Injury Lawyers is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to join our growing personal injury law firm. If you enjoy helping people, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Maintain client files and assist with administrative tasks
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
• Keep the reception area organized and presentable
• Provide general support to attorneys and staff as needed

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Prior receptionist or office experience preferred (law firm experience is a plus)

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
