This is primarily an administrative and patient-facing position with the opportunity to cross-train and support our clinical team.
Our practice focuses on dental implants and full-arch treatment. Many of our patients come to us looking for a major change in their health, confidence, and quality of life. We're looking for someone who can make patients feel comfortable, communicate confidently, and help guide them through their experience with our office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist new and existing patients
- Schedule consultations, treatment, and follow-up appointments
- Greet and check in patients and create a warm, welcoming experience
- Follow up with new patient inquiries and previous consultations
- Assist with patient paperwork and day-to-day administrative tasks
- Communicate confidently and professionally with patients about our services
- Help keep the front office organized and running efficiently
- Learn our dental implant services, terminology, and patient process
- Cross-train in instrument sterilization, operatory turnover, and basic clinical support
- Support the doctor and clinical team as needed
- Help create an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through treatment
Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who is friendly, confident, dependable, organized, and comfortable talking with people. You should enjoy helping others, take initiative, and be willing to jump in wherever needed.
Dental experience is preferred but does not need to be extensive. We are happy to train someone who already has some exposure to dentistry and wants to expand their skills into the administrative and patient-care side of the practice.
Experience in dental assisting, sterilization, dental front office, customer service, hospitality, healthcare, scheduling, or sales is a plus.
Most importantly, we're looking for the right attitude, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and someone who wants to grow with our team.
