Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

SkyView Tree Experts, Inc. is a small business in Santa Rosa, CA. This company is less than a year old and is hiring someone to help aid the company president it getting the company set up and rolling.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of receptionist & office admin with day to day scheduling and office operations. Ability to communicate and work by them self without supervision is a must. Construction industry experience is a plus. Looking at job boards for projects. Scheduling job walks with clients from residential, commercial, and municipal. Excellent phone etiquette.

Other job duties will be discussed during interview process.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling
• Managing and creating filing systems for computer files
• Filing
• Bill payments
• Client Coordination
• Managaging email
• Job costing
• Answering phones
• New hire documentation and filing
• Document review and proofreading
• Documentation and reporting to goverment agencies
• Proposal generation
• Preparing Proposals and paperwork for submission on municipal projects

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Experience:

• Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
• QuickBooks: 2 years (Required)
• Construction or Service industry administration: 2 years (Required)
