Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

We are currently looking for a full-time medical receptionist/admin assistant located at 719 Sawdust Road, Ste 210, Spring, TX 77380. This is in North Houston (The Woodlands area)

Our receptionists handle in-person and over-the-phone encounters with patients setting appointments, creating telephone encounters for physicians, handling payments, prior authorizations, vital signs, and processing documents, among other tasks.

Requirements if hired:

• You must be able to maintain full-time hours M-F 8am-5pm. We do not offer part-time, summer-only or flexible-hours schedules.
• You must let us know prior to your start date about any pre-planned travel that would require you to miss at least one full day of work during your first six weeks (training period).

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
