Job Summary

Susrutha Ayurveda is looking for a friendly, organized, and responsible Receptionist / Administrator to manage front-desk operations and provide excellent support to patients and the clinic team. The ideal candidate should have good communication and administrative skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle billing and payment-related tasks when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage appointments, patient registrations, follow-ups, and scheduling.
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and general enquiries.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage reception and front-office activities efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain daily administrative reports when required.
• Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions when assigned.
• Assist with billing and payment reconciliation as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and clinic information.
• Support the management team with general administrative duties.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Handle patient concerns politely and escalate issues to the appropriate person when necessary.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
