Receptionist/Administrator

We are looking for a smart, presentable, confident, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage the salon's front desk, customer interactions, appointments, and telecalling activities.

Essential Criteria

• Qualification: Minimum Plus Two / Graduate preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in salon, beauty, hospitality, retail, or customer service will be an advantage.
• Telecalling Experience: Must have prior telecalling experience with good customer follow-up skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam. Hindi or other languages will be an added advantage.
• Customer Handling: Should be confident and polite while interacting with customers and capable of handling customer queries professionally.
• Smart & Presentable: Should have a smart, well-groomed, and professional personality, suitable for a premium salon environment.
• Sales & Follow-up: Should be comfortable making calls to existing and prospective customers, following up on appointments, packages, offers, and customer enquiries.
• Appointment Management: Ability to schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage customer appointments efficiently.
• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computers, billing software, WhatsApp, MS Office, and appointment management systems.
• Multitasking: Should be able to efficiently manage front desk, phone calls, customer enquiries, appointments, and billing coordination simultaneously.
• Attitude: Positive, energetic, responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Teamwork: Should work well with salon staff and coordinate effectively with different departments.
• Customer Service: Must have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and building good customer relationships.

Preferred Qualities

• Previous experience in a premium salon or beauty/wellness industry.
• Good sales and conversion skills.
• Ability to confidently explain salon services, packages, memberships, and promotions.
• Ability to handle difficult customers calmly and professionally.
• Good telephone etiquette and follow-up discipline.
• Willingness to work during weekends and busy/rush days, as required by the salon.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
