Receptionist/Administrator

Language Requirement: Fluent in English AND Vietnamese (written & spoken) – ESSENTIAL

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, and enquiries from parents and customers in English and Vietnamese
• Assist parents with general enquiries about classes, schedules, and enrolments
• Support class scheduling and timetable coordination
• Prepare student work materials, including:
• Printing
• Stapling
• Naming and organising work booklets
• Assist with general administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the centre
• (Occasionally) assist tutors or students when required, especially during busy periods

Essential Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident using basic technology (printing, messaging apps, spreadsheets, scheduling tools)
• Reliable, punctual, and professional

Preferred (but not essential)

• An academic background or experience in education/tutoring
• Experience working with children or in an education setting
• Ability to assist students with basic academic tasks when needed

Pay: $33.08 per hour
