Receptionist/Administrator (Part-time)

Apex Cycle Sports is a growing powersports dealership working out of a state-of-the-art facility just off Holiday Inn Drive in the Hespeler area of Cambridge, and a big part of that growth includes our all-new subsidiary, Apex Harley-Davidson! Job Description

We are currently looking for a self-motivated, reliable, and personable individual to join our Reception team in a full-time capacity.

As reception is the central focal point and the customer’s first impression of the dealership, customer service and professionalism are our number one priority.

Working in partnership with the other receptionists on staff, duties include:

• Directing incoming phone inquiries
• Assisting customers in person
• Supporting all departments with various administrative tasks

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Organized with an attention to detail
• Ability to handle a high volume of traffic
• Previous customer service and basic computer knowledge are preferred
• G license.

Hours:

Partial shifts between 9 am and 6 pm Thursdays & Fridays
9 am – 4 pm Saturdays
Additional hours available if desired.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)
