Receptionist/Concierge for Spa, Tennis, & Front Desk

• Customer Service Representative - Spa, Front Desk, and Tennis

Qualifications - License/Certification:

• Customer Service experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

• Exceptional Customer Service
• Courteous, positive, friendly, and professional communication skills with customers and team members while multitasking and prioritizing to accomplish duties
• Strong problem solving skills
• Phone answering skills
• Ability to make member/customer reservations efficiently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid computer skills
• Emphasis on keeping area organized, clean and sanitized
• Ability to independently follow a checklist of duties and responsibilities
• Ability to learn and consistently apply policies and procedures
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a professional, team oriented environment

• $21 - $24 per hour
