The Opportunity Working within a busy manufacturing environment, you'll be the friendly and professional first point of contact for customers and visitors while providing administration and customer service support to the wider team.
This is a role where personality and communication are just as important as administration skills.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Answering and directing a high volume of incoming phone calls
• Welcoming customers, visitors and suppliers
• Responding to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
• General administration and data entry
• Processing and updating customer information
• Assisting the customer service and sales teams
• Managing emails and general correspondence
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Supporting the wider office team as required

You will ideally have:

• Previous reception, customer service or administration experience
• Excellent phone manner and communication skills
• Intermediate computer and administration skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Confidence dealing with customers and internal teams
• A professional and positive attitude
• The ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
• A willingness to learn and develop within the business

Industry experience isn't essential — full on-the-job training will be provided to the right person.
