A Receptionist role focused on greeting and assisting guests, customers, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, managing appointments and visitor records, and coordinating with different departments regarding guest and customer concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, customers, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
• Provide accurate information about the company, products, or services
• Manage appointments, reservations, and visitor records
• Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks
• Receive and organize documents, packages, and deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Coordinate with different departments regarding guest and customer concerns

About you

• High school graduate or Bachelor's degree in any related field
• With or without experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team
