Receptionist/Customer Service Representative

At our high-volume animal hospital, we pride ourselves on having long-term, dedicated staff who truly care about our patients. With 11 doctors on board and extended hours 7 days a week, we strive to provide top-notch care in a welcoming environment. Our customer service representative role includes but is not limited to:

• Provide customer service such as greet customers, answer questions, process incoming patients, and handle payments.
• Answer phone calls, which may involve answering questions and screening and scheduling appointments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email.
• Update patient digital records.
• Enter data into a computer.
• Responding to clients via text message, email and phone calls.
• Process credit card payments and prepare bank deposits.
• Retrieve prescriptions.
• Assist with pet supply purchases such as pet food, supplements, and medications.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the waiting room.

We are looking to fill full time and part time positions, evenings and a weekend included. Flexible schedule preferred. Pay rate based on experience.

Our shifts range from:

Mon-Fri AM shifts 7:30am- (1pm-3pm)

Mon-Fri PM shifts (1pm-3pm)-Close (~9pm)

Saturday shift 7:30am- Close (~5pm)

Sunday shift 8am- Close (~4pm)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
