Receptionist/Front Desk

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a warm and professional manner.
• Manage appointments, bookings, rescheduling, and customer enquiries.
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and other customer communications.
• Explain spa treatments, packages, promotions, and services to customers.
• Process payments and assist with daily front desk transactions.
• Maintain customer records and ensure reception area is clean and organized.
• Coordinate with therapists and support smooth daily spa operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customers have a pleasant experience.

Requirements

• Preferably Chinese candidate.
• Able to communicate well in Mandarin and English.
• Friendly, polite, presentable, and service-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently.
• Previous experience in spa, beauty, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Working Details

• Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Working Days: 6 days per week
• Location: Eco Botanic 2
