TIMELESS Abu Dhabi is looking for a polished, warm, and professional Receptionist to join our team ahead of our November 2026 opening.

As the first point of contact for our guests, the Receptionist will play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience that reflects the TIMELESS luxury hospitality standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and warmly greet all guests upon arrival with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Create a strong first impression by delivering exceptional luxury guest service.
• Manage guest arrivals, departures, seating, and reservations efficiently.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and coordinate table allocations with the restaurant and lounge teams.
• Manage guest inquiries, requests, and special occasions with attention to detail.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide information about the venue, concept, menus, and services.
• Monitor the entrance and waiting area to ensure a smooth and organised guest flow.
• Handle telephone calls, messages, and guest inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate closely with the Host/Hostess, Restaurant, Lounge, Bar, and Management teams.
• Recognise returning guests and VIPs and ensure they receive personalised attention.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of the venue's offerings, operating hours, events, and guest policies.
• Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management when required.
• Maintain a polished and elegant appearance in line with TIMELESS standards.
• Ensure the reception and entrance areas remain clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
• Assist with VIP arrivals, special events, private functions, and promotional activities.
• Support the management team with administrative and front-of-house tasks when required.
• Follow all company policies, service standards, health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of UAE hospitality experience in a receptionist, host/hostess, guest relations, or similar front-of-house position.
• Previous experience in a luxury restaurant, lounge, hotel, beach club, or premium hospitality venue is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident, welcoming, and naturally guest-focused personality.
• Professional appearance, grooming, and body language.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality service standards.

Relevant Background

A plus, not required

Experience in any of the following environments will be considered an advantage:

• 5-star hotels
• Luxury lounges and bars
• Beach clubs
• Premium restaurants
• High-end nightlife and hospitality venues
• Guest relations or VIP reception or similar luxury venues.
