RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE ALLROUNDER

Location: Braeside, VIC 3195

Employment Type: Casual / Part-Time

Set Days: Mondays & Wednesdays (7:00AM – 2:00PM)

Casual Pay Rate: $34.00 – $36.00 per hour + Superannuation

Start Date: October (training for handover prior to mid-December start)

We are an established Steel Company with over 35 years of industry experience servicing clients Australia-wide.

Role Overview:

This position is a job share alongside an existing team member who works Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. We require someone flexible enough to provide mutual leave/absence coverage if on leave or away.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front of House: Greet clients and drivers, distribute paperwork, coordinate driver pickups, manage incoming phone calls, and direct queries to team members.

• Administration Support: Perform data entry, manage the email inbox, file documents, verify and collate invoicing paperwork, and handle general ad hoc tasks.

What We Are Looking For:

• Location & Availability: Based in/near Braeside 3195 (essential) with unrestricted availability and willingness to offer leave coverage.

• Experience & Skills: Background in reception/administration with strong customer service and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Attributes: Friendly, professional demeanor, proactive "can-do" attitude, high attention to detail, and strong time-management skills.

• Work Rights: Full Australian working rights required.

Ideally this role will suit someone wishing to return to the workforce, who can

offer flexibility with available time to work.

*Office is split-level and requires using stairs daily
