Rentix Solutions (Vacuum Truck Rentals) is one of the largest vacuum truck rental companies in the U.S. with a fleet of more than 3000 pieces of equipment and 30 locations nationwide. With a strong emphasis on the customer experience and a 24/7 service guarantee, we are seeking a full-time Receptionist/Office Runner that will be based at our corporate headquarters location in Richland, Mississippi. This will be an on-site position.

Key Job Functions:

• Greet visitors and answer phone calls from the receptionist desk
• Filing and providing general clerical support, and document handling.
• Daily post office runs, bank deposits and truck title pickup.
• Aiding with any projects as requested.

Requirements:

• Must be able to exercise exceptional phone etiquette
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid drivers license
• Must be able to take initiative, be detail oriented, and work under little supervision.
