Receptionist/Patient Care Coordinator

Body Tune Physical Therapy & Wellness is looking for a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key part in keeping our clinic running smoothly.

Hours:

• Afternoon Shift Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and answer phones with a welcoming, professional attitude
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Assist with patient intake and basic billing questions
• Communicate with therapists and staff throughout the day
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
• Assist with social media content creation and posting

Requirements:

• Customer service or receptionist experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Basic social media skills (Facebook, Instagram, TicTok)
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Reliable, positive, and detail-oriented
