Position: Receptionist/Patient Care Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate the clinic’s daily calendar.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
• Educate patients about clinic services and answer inquiries with confidence.
• Support clinic operations, including check-in/check-out and payment processing.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth patient flow and care coordination.

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional People Skills: You have a natural ability to connect with people, handle inquiries with empathy, and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Organization and Efficiency: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at multitasking.
• Previous experience using a medical spa booking system for appointment scheduling, patient management, and payment processing is preferred.
• Professionalism**: You maintain a polished demeanor and understand the importance of discretion in patient care.Qualifications**

• Minimum 2 years experience in cosmetic dermatology or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems and a quick learner of new software.
• Ability to thrive in a high volume, face-paced environment
• Experience in medical spa, spa, or cosmetic industry
