Key Responsibilities

· Manage the front desk and welcome visitors professionally.

· Maintain daily visitor records and entry data.

· Handle incoming and outgoing calls.

· Respond to customer queries and provide relevant information.

· Manage emails and routine correspondence.

· Maintain records and perform basic MS Office tasks.

· Coordinate with the office and site teams as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· 12th Pass / Graduate or equivalent qualification.

· 1–3 years of experience in reception, front desk, telecalling, or customer handling.

· Experience in real estate or flat sales will be preferred.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and telephone handling.

· A polite, presentable, and customer-friendly personality.
