Receptionist/Secretary

What you’ll do

• Answer incoming calls professionally, take accurate messages and direct enquiries to the right person.
• Welcome clients and visitors, creating a warm and professional first impression.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, express deliveries, and faxes.
• Type and edit court documents with care and attention to detail.
• Maintain well-organised files and manage the filing of court documents.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide helpful assistance as required.

What you’ll bring

• Excellent organisation skills, reliability and a responsible approach to your work.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and take on new responsibilities.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• Previous experience in a law firm is an advantage, but not essential.
