Receptionist/Service Advisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a new Receptionist/Service Advisor to join our team!

In this vital role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes our customers, ensuring a positive first impression. You will also serve as a key liaison between customers and our team of mechanics, taking bookings, answering phone calls, responding to emails, providing guidance on services, generating invoices and taking payments.

We are looking for someone..

• Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude.
• Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with automotive is prefered but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

This role is for a full time position Monday to Thursday 8:30-17:30 Friday 8:30-17:00.

Pay: From £23,000.00 per year
