Receptionist/Stock Controller - BYD Hornsby

We are seeking a motivated Stock Controller/Receptionist who is responsible for managing and maintaining the dealership's vehicle inventory, ensuring accurate records and overseeing front desk operations and customer management

Job Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate records of all vehicle stock, including new and used cars.
• Monitor vehicle movements between dealerships, storage locations, and customers.
• Perform regular stock checks to ensure all vehicles are accounted for.
• Update and maintain the dealership’s inventory management system with current stock levels.
• Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to track incoming stock and ensure timely delivery.

Receptionist

• Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer calls, and handle inquiries professionally.
• Administrative Support: Manage correspondence, scheduling, filing, and data entry.
• Document Handling: Maintain accurate records of registrations, invoices, and customer details.
• Coordination: Work closely with sales, service, and finance teams to ensure smooth operation
