Receptionist/Support Staff

We’re looking for a warm, welcoming, and energetic Front Desk team member to join our salon family. If you love people, enjoy creating a positive guest experience, and thrive in a busy, professional environment, we’d love to meet you!

About the Role

As the first and last person our guests interact with, you’ll play an important role in creating an exceptional salon experience. You’ll help keep the front desk running smoothly while making every guest feel welcomed, valued, and cared for.

Responsibilities

• Providing an excellent guest experience
• Answer phones/emails and assist with scheduling appointments
• Manage appointment confirmations and guest communication
• Process payments and maintain accurate transactions
• Recommend and sell salon products when appropriate
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk
• Communicate professionally with guests and salon team members
• Assist with daily salon operations
• Help create a positive, upbeat atmosphere for both guests and team members

What We’re Looking For

• Salon experience preferred but not required
• Friendly, outgoing, and naturally welcoming personality
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
• Ability to create genuine connections with guests
• Computer and scheduling experience is a plus

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 3 years (Required)
• Schedule management: 2 years (Required)
• Retail sales: 2 years (Preferred)
