What they need

Dementia Experience: Deep patience and specialized training in managing memory impairment, redirection, and behavior fluctuations.
Meticulous Organization: Exceptional attention to detail for managing precise ingredient sourcing, strict fasting times, and complex medical timelines.
Tech Competency: Comfort using health monitoring smart devices, tablets for brain training apps, and online medical portals.
Provide care as in ADLS for those who are not able to and provide assistance.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
