SUMMARY: Our client, a manufacturing company based in Pinetown , is seeking a detailed-oriented Recollect Controller to join their team.

POSITION INFO: Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the IBC and drum recollection programme, ensuring used packaging is collected from customers and returned for servicing Liaise with customers on a weekly basis to arrange and schedule collections Maintain accurate records and analyse IBC / drum movement data, including dispatched versus collected quantities Work closely with the logistics team to improve collection efficiencies and identify opportunities to optimise routes and processes Compile and maintain Excel reports and logistics data to monitor collection activity, trends and customer requirements Minimum Requirements: Relevant degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field Minimum 5 years' customer service experience, within a logistics, packaging or related environment Advanced MS Excel skills with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with customers Experience with Pastel and / or logistics systems would be advantageous; packaging industry experience would be an added benefit Correspondence will only be conducted with short listed candidates.
