Reconciliation Analyst - Reliever

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Reconciliation Analyst - Reliever is responsible for monitoring daily cash collection, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accurate cash reconciliation. The role involves analyzing cash collection, bank deposits and bank balance. Preparing daily and monthly reconciliation reports.

DURATION: 5-Month Reliever assignment

KEY COMPETENCIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitors daily cash collections and deposits.
• Performs reconciliation of daily cash collections to identify errors and discrepancies.
• Prepares and balances monthly reconciliation reports, including shortage and overage analysis.
• Extracts and organizes daily and monthly reconciliation reports.
• Ensures accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing wallet transactions.
• Collaborates with the Finance department, third party partners, and other concerned departments to address reconciliation issues.
• Provides updates and reports on resolved and pending discrepancies to Reconciliation Supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1- year experience in cash reconciliation and basic accounting. FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY!
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or related preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to details and ability to identify discrepancies accurately.
• Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office and computing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
