An exciting opportunity has arisen across our busy Sales & Purchase ledger departments for a Reconciliation Lead, at our Head Office based in Llansamlet, Swansea.

The ideal candidate will have an adaptable and patient manner that is able to remain calm under pressure and is used to working to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile cross ledger accounts, using various software packages, working directly with the department manager.
• Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are promptly resolved.
• Collaborate with finance teams to maintain data integrity and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare detailed reconciliation reports for management review.
• Support month-end closing activities related to account reconciliations.
• Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency of reconciliation procedures.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in financial reconciliation or accounting roles.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of Pegasus Opera software is advantageous.

Package

• 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday (Inclusive of a 30-minute unpaid lunch break)
• Competitive Salary
