What they need
Key responsibilities
- Perform reconciliation between Company's data and Partner's data
- Check settlement from Partner and Bank Reconciliation
- Prepare daily and monthly reports
- Follow up on transaction disputes and reconciliation issues with relevant teams
- Analyze data and implement solutions based on reconciliation findings
- Coordinate with relevant teams regarding projects or products involving reconciliation
About you
- Minimum working experience 2 Years in relevant knowledge
- Experience in the payment gateway / Fintech sector is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (mastery of basic formulas such as SUMIFS, VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables is mandatory)
- Strong data analysis skills
- Zero-error mindset
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
