Join Us And Help People Rebuild What Matters Most. The construction project manager is responsible for various functions that manage the construction division successfully. They are responsible for setting project budgets, managing daily operations, and identifying areas of improvement while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers, and company employees involved in Construction services.

Our New Construction Project Manager Will

• Attend walk-throughs at job sites to review existing conditions
• Follow up on proposals that have been submitted
• Review proposals and/or blueprints and specifications
• Coordinate manpower and materials for projects
• Monitor job progress and quality control
• Manage customer relationships
• Work closely with subcontractors
• Know when to say, "I need help."
• They want more out of their job than just a paycheck!

Position Requirements

• Previous construction management experience
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
• Effective written and oral communication

We Expect Our Employees To

• Have reliable transportation
• Work a 40-hour work week during regular business hours (8am to 5pm)
• Be available evenings and weekends to work overtime with notice
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to complete a background check subject to applicable law

• Exposure to extreme conditions, such as heat
• Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods (i.e., driving, sitting, climbing)
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
• Exposure to noise levels at sites that can be loud
