Record Keeping Analyst (Punta Cana)

YOUR TASKS:

• Review Maintenance Task Cards to ensure all required signatures, stamps, and supporting documents are included.
• Verify the structure, sequence, and completeness of aircraft maintenance records.
• Receive, scan, and prepare electronic copies of completed maintenance documentation.
• Upload, organize, and maintain records in the company's MRO system.
• Prepare, review, and update Accountability Sheets.
• Monitor completed maintenance tasks and the status of related documentation.
• Archive maintenance records in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
• Support internal and external audits by retrieving and providing the required documentation.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, and Maintenance teams to resolve missing, incorrect, or incomplete records.
• Identify documentation discrepancies and follow up until they are resolved.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Technical or professional degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Document Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of document control and records management processes.
• Ability to review and verify technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow established procedures and checklists.
• Basic understanding of structured technical documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage electronic documentation and digital records.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Minimum of one year of experience in documentation, administrative functions, or data entry.
• Experience in aviation, MRO, airlines, document control, or quality-related roles is an advantage.
• Advanced Spanish and intermediate English.
