The opportunity

As a Record to Report Analyst , you’ll support the integrity of the general ledger and the timely delivery of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities. You’ll contribute to accurate financial reporting, account reconciliations, and continuous improvement across the record-to-report process.

What you’ll be doing

·        Prepare and post journal entries, including recurring, accrual, prepayment, reclassification, and adjustment entries.

·        Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate outstanding or unusual items.

·        Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities in line with established timelines.

·        Prepare financial schedules, management reports, variance analyses, and supporting documentation.

·        Review general ledger transactions for completeness, accuracy, and appropriate classification.

·        Support intercompany accounting, fixed assets, accruals, and other assigned accounting activities.

·        Assist with statutory, internal, and external audit requests.

·        Maintain effective documentation and comply with accounting policies and internal controls.

·        Identify process improvements and support standardization, automation, and reporting enhancements.

What you’ll bring

·        Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

·        Minimum of 3 years of relevant general ledger, record-to-report, financial accounting, or audit experience.

·        Strong understanding of journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial close processes.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using an ERP or general ledger system.

·        Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

·        Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet recurring close deadlines.

·        Professional accounting qualification or progress toward certification is an advantage.
