Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and general ledger postings.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of record-to-report tasks, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Perform month-end closing activities, such as journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of record-to-report processing.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years' experience in Record To Report (RTR) process with expertise in SAP or similar systems.
• Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A. / B.M.S., B.Com).
• Strong understanding of accountancy principles, including balance sheet reconciliation, intercompany accounting, and month-end closing processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
