Record to Report (RTR) Analyst

Role Summary

Join our finance team as an RTR Analyst and support end-to-end accounting activities, including general ledger management, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting. Help ensure accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and reclassifications
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances
• Support month-end and year-end close activities
• Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules
• Support audit requirements and compliance activities
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

For SME / Individual Contributor Roles

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field
• At least 2 years of RTR, General Ledger, or Financial Reporting experience
• Hands-on experience in General Ledger Accounting, Journal Entries, Account Reconciliations, Month-End Close, and Financial Reporting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Amenable to work onsite in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or Alabang
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shift

For Team Lead / Managerial Roles

• At least 5 years of RTR or General Ledger experience
• End-to-end accounting process experience
• Leadership, coaching, supervisory, or people management experience
• Hands-on experience in Month-End Close, Reconciliations, and Financial Reporting

Good to Have

• Experience in Shared Services, BPO, Global Business Services, or multinational finance operations
• Exposure to SAP, Oracle, BlackLine, Hyperion, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or PeopleSoft
• Experience in process improvement, automation, or transition projects
• Treasury or cash management experience
