GRS Mgmt. is hiring! Are you the person who can find anything? Love keeping things organized, staying on top of deadlines, and making sure every detail is in the right place? GRS Community Management wants you! We’re looking for a Records Request Specialist to help manage HOA and condominium records and keep important requests moving smoothly.

Pay rate: $25 an hour

Duties:

• Process time-sensitive homeowner records requests in accordance with Florida Statutes
• Locate, organize, and manage records in docuware and SharePoint
• Track requests, deadlines, and follow-ups
• Assist with electronic and hard-copy records during new association transitions
• Help maintain and update records on homeowner portals

What we are looking for:

• Are highly organized and detail-oriented
• Must have strong computer skills
• Can handle multiple requests and deadlines
• Enjoy solving problems and finding information
• Have experience with docu ware and SharePoint**,** HOA/condominium, or community association records a plus
