Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage debt recovery processes to minimize bad debts and optimize cash flow.
- Identify and prioritize high-risk accounts for collection, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and disputes in a professional manner.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the collections process.
Job Requirements :
- 0-4 years of experience in collections or related field (e.g. finance, accounting).
- Strong understanding of debt recovery principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively with customers.
- Proficiency in using software applications used for managing debt portfolios.
