RECOVERY AGENT – JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Chennai / Tamil Nadu
Employment: Full-Time
Experience: Freshers / Experienced

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Visit customers for payment/recovery follow-up.
• Collect pending payments as per company guidelines.
• Maintain proper records of collections and customer interactions.
• Follow up with customers through phone calls and field visits.
• Submit daily collection and visit reports.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Achieve assigned collection targets.

QUALIFICATION

• 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / Any Degree
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
