Job Responsibilities

• Locate and recover vehicles and other assigned assets.
• Perform recovery assignments professionally and safely.
• Conduct skip-tracing and other asset-location activities.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required paperwork.
• Document vehicle condition and recovery details.
• Communicate professionally with customers, clients, and team members.
• Operate recovery equipment and company vehicles safely.
• Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor during all recovery assignments.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Previous experience in vehicle recovery, towing, collections, security, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Dependable and willing to work flexible hours.
• Ability to perform the physical duties associated with vehicle recovery.
• Must be professional, responsible, and safety-conscious.
• Background and driving-record checks may be required.
