We are a fast-growing vehicle recovery and roadside assistance company committed to providing reliable and efficient services to our customers. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Recovery Controller to join our team.

Role Overview

As a Recovery Controller, you will be responsible for coordinating vehicle recovery operations, dispatching drivers, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will act as the key point of contact between customers, drivers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries
• Dispatch recovery drivers efficiently using job management systems
• Monitor job progress and provide updates to customers and clients
• Liaise with drivers to ensure timely and safe recoveries
• Maintain accurate records of jobs and communications
• Handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role (transport, logistics, or recovery preferred)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Good IT skills (experience with dispatch systems is an advantage)
• Flexible approach to working hours (including evenings/weekends if required)
