Job Title: Recovery Executive
Location: Thrissur - Irinjalakuda
Qualification: Any Degree
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Marketing: Effectively market properties under sale to attract potential buyers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and establish connections with prospective purchasers, generating leads that align with property sales goals.
- Auction Participation: Engage and encourage leads and identified purchasers to participate in auction sales.
- Property Inspections: Organize and facilitate property inspections for interested purchasers to ensure a seamless viewing experience.
- Property Maintenance: Oversee the general upkeep of properties to maintain appealing and market-ready conditions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for candidates who are proactive, customer-focused, and possess strong communication and networking skills. Familiarity with Field sales , property sales or real estate processes is a plus.
