What they need
Portfolio and Risk Monitoring: Track overdue loan accounts, monitor repayment schedules, and identify high-risk non-performing assets (NPAs) early.
Customer Engagement and Negotiation: Contact borrowers with delayed payments, discuss financial difficulties, and negotiate realistic repayment plans, settlements, or loan closures
Collateral and Pledged Gold Management: Oversee the secure handling, valuation tracking, and legal auction processes for pledged gold ornaments when borrowers fail to clear dues within regulatory guidelines.
Team and Agency Leadership: Supervise field recovery officers, Muthoot Fincorp Limited, or external debt collection agencies, set performance key performance indicators (KPIs), and review daily achievements.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all recovery practices comply with central bank rules (such as RBI guidelines on fair practices and avoidance of coercive recovery methods) and coordinate legal proceedings when necessary.
Reporting and Data Analytics: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly portfolio health and recovery performance reports to match organizational targets
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
