• Manage accounts receivable and payable function efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments and collections.
• Conduct thorough credit assessments of new and existing customers to determine creditworthiness and establish credit limits.
• Monitor overdue accounts and implement effective collection strategies to recover outstanding debts on time.
• Negotiate payment terms and repayment plans with customers to facilitate debt recovery while maintaining positive relationships.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including debtors’ accounts, payments and correspondence.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, customer service and finance to resolve customer disputes and address payment issues promptly.
• Analyze financial data and trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for improving credit management processes.

Qualifications / Key Attributes

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from a recognized and reputable university.
• 0 to 1 years of experience in a reputable research firm is preferred.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently.
• Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability to different research projects.
